Quality Inn Buffalo

We reserved a king room a week in advance prepaid.. when we got there the gentleman was honest said no kings were available housekeeper didn't shw up today, would a double queen be ok . We said yes.. The lobby and outside of building were clean looked really nice, the room how ever was dirty, like it was not used for a while.. The dust was on the coffee pot, rags and towels was so bad I had to hand wash a rag to wash with.. in the tub was still the tape from removing a bathtub mat... beds were like sleeping on the floor.. and the breakfast was very slim options... I was very unhappy.

Stayed here for 3 nights after visiting Devils Tower and then on to Little Bighorn Battlefield. Room was clean and comfortable. I had rented a room with a balcony which I never used. The hotel is close to "downtown" Buffalo with many shops and restaurants. Hotel staff is very friendly and helpful. Would stay again if in the area.

Broken and cracked sink, sink wouldn't drain properly, water took about 2-3 minutesto drain. Several crack tiles in bathroom, shower had moldy caulking. We did not take shower. Entry door to room you could see light under door and bugs crawled in. Dirty/ stained carpets especially at the entry. There appeared to be blood stains on one of the drawers to the dresser. We have stayed at many Quaility Inns throughout the country and this one was the only one we have ever complained about. So many substantial negative conditions.

It was a place to lay our heads for the evening. Manager seemed nice. Beds look like they need replaced as it appeared and felt like they sink into the middle of the mattress. Super uncomfortable. Didnt stay to eat breakfast. It was quite, rooms appeared to be surface clean. Again it was a place to lay our heads.

Very old motel, rooms were not nice at all, Carpet filthy, whole heard of flies in the room, bed sheets and covers were stained and mattress felt like sleeping on a pile of rocks. We got very little sleep, slept in our travel clothes because of stained sheets. Breakfast! Well breakfast consisted of waffles, 1” poppy seed muffins cereals, stale and peanut butter. Coffee was good. Front desk person was very nice and helpful.
