Quality Inn Brewerton - Syracuse Oneida Lake Area

best night I have slept in forever I get bursitis in my hip, I don't know what pillow top or what bed they use but the next day I could walk perfectly I didn't toss and turn all night like I usually do that alone was a win-win for me. also Sam who checked us in was super nice and accommodating very friendly. also the room was very clean updated everything worked perfectly I felt I could leave my bag on the floor and not he grossed out. I had a microwave a fridge a coffee maker hair dryer nice big TV the remote worked, furniture was all nice. also normally I have to bring my own fluffy blanket because sometimes they only give you a little thin blanket not here they had a nice fluffy down comforter super soft sheets and a million fluffy pillows felt like a queen! thanks for a great night an

It seems that this hotel has been recently improved. It was very clean and comfortable. There were plenty of towels and washcloths for my stay. The temperature unit was in good working order and not too noisy. The water pressure was great (although the showerhead did spray out of the tub a bit). The mattress and pillows were comfortable. Would have liked more breakfast options, but I understand there weren't a lot of people staying there so there probably would have been food waste with more... maybe some instant oatmeal at the very least. Also, the milk was an odd texture, but was replaced immediately after bringing it to employee's attention.

This hotel was one of the BEST I’ve ever stayed at! Super clean and everything from booking to online check in and check out was super easy! The bed and pillows were very comfortable. The on the go breakfast was also good. They had Activa yogurt which we have at home. The little muffins were also very good…moist and full of flavor. The staff was very attentive and friendly. You won’t be sorry you stayed here!!

I wrote a bad review when this was Days Inn. I vowed Iwould never stay here again . I noticed it was now Quality Inn and there is some positive reviews so I thought I'd give it another chance. I am totally shocked on how much the place has improved. As far as I can tell everything has been replaced from the carpet to the breakfast area. The room was excellent I stayed in a room with a king-size bed but it also had a sofa. Great TV with lots channels. Compared to many other places the rates are very reasonable. Location is just off I-81 McDonald's, Dunkin donuts a minute down the road. Location is very safe. This will be my go-to play from now on when I'm passing by Syracuse.

The location of this hotel is great with a few local restaurants and gas stations close by. Upon check in, I was displeased with the front desk employee. He did not confirm my reservation, check price or details with me before swiping my card and handing me my key. Everything was correct in the end but I was expecting a more personable experience. The room was comfortable and clean for the most part. Breakfast is very light with muffins, cereal, and microwave sandwiches. I was expecting more but it was ok for a quick bite. Coffee was made fresh when asked and food was restocked quickly. Price is pretty reasonable for what we got.
