Quality Inn Branson On the Strip

The hotel is in ill-repair: wouldn’t replaced burned out lightbulb in our room, vinyl floor was in ill repair, tub support bar did not give any support as when you put any pressure on it. It just fell out,women’s restroom in breakfast area: one stall door was hanging by one latch (only needed two bolts to hang it) and other stall toilet was absolutely filthy). Overall lobby area, and breakfast room appeared in good condition and clean. Our second night we may have been the only people checked into the hotel so question if the food was reheated and reserved from the previous day. We have been informed that a new schedule of Branson area shows would be out by 11 o’clock.on the day prior to the new weekly schedule: when we asked for it mid afternlon, we were told she would email it to us sinc

The desk clerk wasn't very friendly. Our room had patched walls that weren't painted over. I hurt my leg quickly, on a metal bed platform that was exposed on the corners! The floor was pretty dirty on the feet too. We did like the breakfast room. It was roomy, with a good view, and deck with tables too! Breakfast wasn't bad.

Rooms are falling apart. We had two rooms a king suit and double queen. The jacuzzi in the king suit did not work properly, when I turned the jets on they were extremely powerful could not adjust the pressure, my husband had to use a pocket knife on the power button to get the jets to shut off because it was stuck down. My husband also noticed a screw in the front side of the jacuzzi tub sticking out about 2 inches that could potentially cut or scratch someone if not paying attention, why is there even a screw screwed into the tub?? The floor from the shower/toilet area to the sink/mirror area was broken and coming up. The AC/heater barely blew warm even when turned up and the control panel on it was falling inside the unit. The queen room had large areas all the way across two whole walls

The whole area was dirty. The elevator was not only dirty. It was shaky and squeaky. The sheets had not been changed on the bed and when I requested that they be changed. It didn’t happen. The breakfast was presented with no sausage at two different times. Once at 8:45 once at 7:30. I requested additional toilet paper two different times and did not receive it. not nearly the quality that I expect in choice hotels. I will not be staying in that facility again.

It’s old but our room was clean and we had no trouble getting our handicap room on first floor. The bed was comfortable. There were stains on some of the bathroom linen but they smelled clean. Did not use the shower but it need updating bad. Management reluctant to allow waiting in lobby til room was ready, but I am not sue if they understood English real well. Okay for one night.
