Quality Inn Branson - Hwy 76 Central

The room had a funky odor and did not look cared for. The remote had no back, things are crooked and dusty and dated. Bathroom is not great, towels were good. The pool area is nasty. Hot tub has been long closed by the look. Breakfast was pretty standard and the eggs were good. Bed was comfy. An extra random $4 + tax charge to each room, hotel service charge. ??? Is that not the room cost? 3 stars as it desperately needs some attention.

Ive always stayed at this hotel when in Branson due to hot tub. When I booked this location for this trip ( for the lacation and hot tub) I was told hot tub was working. Upon checkin I was informed that there is no longer a hot tub. It was too late to cancel and find another room somewhere else. The quality of this hotel has went down a little each time we've stayed. The new owners took out the TV in the lobby/ dining area. Breakfast was a far cry from quality. I paid good money for my 2 nite stay and am very disappointed. Quality Inn should send out secret shoppers ot stay themselves at their hotels. This is the second out of 3 hotels in Branson that owners have removed hot tubs. That is what I book for with back pain and arthritis that I have. Hot tubs make me feel a little better. Imnot

Positive: Location and breakfast were okay. The towels and bedding were clean and no bugs. The staff was friendly and nice. It ends there though. The rest was terrible. Negative: Hot tub didnt work, Sauna closed down, all the ice machines were out of order, our room keys never worked, stains and rust everywhere, room was so nasty, remote didn't work or have a back on it, bathroom was so small it hit the toilet, list could go on.

We booked this hotel for a getaway for winter break. The location is AMAZING! Its walking distance to the Dolly Parton Stampede. We aren't to happy with the rooms and the building itself. When we first walked into the room it was 80+ degrees and the air was turned down to 62. We thought maybe it'll take a bit to cool off, but it never got cooler. They have a little box fan in there, I should've known as soon as I seen it. It feels so much better with the door open to the room, but who wants to sleep with that open in a hotel?! Forsure not us. The website says the hottub and pool is open. The hottub is Permanently closed. So us parents were bummed about that. Also the Ice machine is broke and the hotel is just overall not the cleanliness. This is 100% one of the worst hotels I’ve spent money on. The front desk clerk was very rude and the rooms smelled very dirty. Also the tub took more than 10 minutes just to heat up enough to take a shower! Last but not least.. the spiders! I found two huge spiders in the room and yes they were still alive. I will not be coming back to this location our next visit to Branson.
