Quality Inn Augusta West Near Fort Gordon

Our stay was horrible! Our first room we had to basically kick in the door because the handle was falling off! (Plus it smelled really bad) For our second room, Every time we left the hotel our key reset. We stayed for 9 days and had to get keys multiple times a day. When raising concerns 2 of the staff members blamed myself and my wife for the keys not working. Uday even yelled at my wife and threatened to kick us out when she questioned him about the keys. Yes she was annoyed, but she wasnt name calling etc, she was tired and wanted to get in the room we were paying for... He blamed us and called my wife a "Trump Supporter", which if you know my wife is the worst thing you could call her. I had a fantastic stay at Quality Inn & Suites near Fort Eisenhower during the Masters Golf Tournament. The manager, Uday, ensured a warm and welcoming reception experience, and Hemesh at the front desk was incredibly helpful and professional. The clean rooms, complimentary hot breakfast, and convenient location near Augusta National Golf Club made my visit truly enjoyable. Exceptional service all around—I highly recommend this place!

My mother and I were coming with my disabled niece who just so happens to be in a wheelchair… the man at the lobby gave us a room near 115 … there were NO wheelchair ramps near that room even though he said there was.. so my mother had to push my niece in her wheelchair through the lobby and all the way around. He didn’t give us a wheelchair accessible room even though we requested it. When we got to the room, it immediately smelt like marijuana but since it was 930 we were too exhausted to say anything as we were already having issues with the wheelchair getting to the room. We lay a protective sheet on the bed in case she has an accident and upon removal of the sheets and comforter, we were left with this cover. Please be more aware of people with disabilities and clean the rooms better

This is a very nice motel. Mr. Patel the manger is awesome he will make sure you are taken care of. The other staff are very nice as well. Beds are comfortable and the breakfast is good. Me and my family really enjoyed our stay here.

So ill start by saying with it being in augusta we already weren't expecting the greatest anyways. So we booked the room and we get there and check in went great, the staff was great and the lady that checked us in was sweet. When we got to our room though the dead bolt wouldn't latch. We went back up to the lobby and they swapped our room without an issue. So we get to the new room and the door wouldn't latch shut and stay shut unless you forced it and even then I think it was popping back open because we left to get dinner and came back and it was cracked open. We had decided to stay anyways because at least the dead bolt latched. But after being in the room for 30 minutes the smell was burning my nose and giving me a headache.
