Quality Inn Atlanta Northeast I-85

Everything was clean and had the appearance of upgrades or remodeling done in the not-too-distant past. The window shade did not let any light from the outside in...an A+ for me! Parking was very close to the room. There was plenty of security lighting and cameras, so we felt very safe. Bed, pillows, and cover were very comfortable and clean. My husband and I were glad we made the choice to stay here and would again!

Positive: I love the room. It’s always really nice and clean. I love the courtyard area. Super clean. Beautiful manicured grass and great vending machines. I don’t know what waffle mix they use but it’s sooo good ! I also love how many cameras they have. Negative: Check out is at 11am.….. they knock around 9am sometimes. It irritates me a lot. When you don’t open the door fast enough they knock harder and the guy got really rude with me about it.

We are extremely disappointed with our stay at this hotel. The room was not clean at all. We found hair from other guests in the bathroom and on the floor, which is completely unacceptable and unhygienic, especially for a hotel that claims to offer a comfortable stay. What made the experience even worse was the customer service provided by the night staff. It was, without a doubt, the worst customer service we have ever experienced. The attitude was rude, dismissive, and showed a complete lack of care or interest in helping us as guests. The day staff was the only exception. They were helpful, polite, and professional. Unfortunately, every time we needed assistance, it happened during the night shift, when the service was consistently poor and unhelpful. We traveled all the way from Aus

The worst of the worst. This place gave my room to another party during my stay. I came back and another party was in my room. It's been a week, and my belongings have not been returned. They are the worst of the worst. Ever. Look at my reviews. This place is really bad. I would not recommend an enemy stay here. Very very very very very very bad. The owner was supposed to contact me. Of course never happened. Avoid!!!

The hotel was very conveniently placed and priced. The room was spacious and clean. Staff did a decent job of explaining things and answering questions. Overall good experience and stay. If in the area again, I would consider booking again!
