If I could give zero stars I would. When my husband first entered at 2:45pm to ask about early check in the lights were off and no one was at the front desk. Given it was Valentine’s Day and chances of finding something else were slim we chose to give it a try anyways but already had a bad feeling. When we did check I saw someone else have to kick dirty sheets out from in front of their room door just to enter. Second red flag. Once we got to our room - it smelled immediately upon entering - The room had dust on EVERY surface. - The shower/tub were not clean and there was dried soap drips down the shower walls. -The final straw was the mold on the ceiling. (See photos) When we went to ask for a refund the manager was barefoot…. They said they would refund us in full. If we don’t get it

This place is a complete scam and should not be operating as a hotel. Upon arrival, there were ZERO guests and absolutely NO staff on site. No front desk. No management. No security. Nothing. It immediately felt unsafe and unsettling.||Despite having a confirmed online reservation, they refused to honor it and instead tried to place me in a clearly inferior, subpar room. When I said I was uncomfortable and wanted to cancel, I was told cancellations “can’t be done at the hotel” and that I had to call corporate. When I called corporate, they also refused to cancel. This runaround feels intentional and predatory.||This is not a functioning hotel. I have never been so disappointed in any form of hotel or lodging. I chose the hotel because I only needed a quiet place, bed, and hot bath. The walls are made of paper. I can currently hear the couple next door talking (not yelling, not being loud), simply talking and making out. After 6 miles of winter hiking in snow and ice, I just wanted a hot bath. The tub faucet had only lukewarm water that stopped having warmth before it was halfway full. I good that maybe I could find a sweet snack in the vending machine (because clearly there are no hospitality items), but no. Even the vending machine is half empty and only takes coins. I won't bother to comment on the lack of breakfast during breakfast hours. Stay anywhere else, whatever the price.

The owners were very friendly, professional and accommodating. They take very nice care of the hotel. The standard of the bedding was very good and things were clean and functioning. A warm environment and we felt personally cared for and safe. I also appreciate the reasonable fees very much, and will be happy to return because of all these reasons.

We had a very nice stay. We stayed for 2 nights and everything was great. We went down to the desk to get more towels and some Q tips and they were happy to oblige. We enjoyed our stay and went to go and see the ice castles. Friendly staff.
