I enjoyed boondocking here with my travel trailer. Quiet. Lots of spaces. Dirt road to get there, will be dusty when dry. Glider- port next door, expect minor air traffic on weekends. Views were good. I had great ATT & Tmobile service while here. Most of the ground is flat and solid, not very rocky. Very slick mud when wet. I stayed here twice and enjoyed both stays. Would stay here again.

Very spacious, clean, free camping spaces. Good to explore Ironwood Forest Natl Monument. But dry camping only. You have to be self-sufficient. Beautiful views.

We will be back. A lot. We stayed for a week. Magnificent! Left before the rain came in and area was going to flood. Otherwise, we would have stayed for another week. It is between the glider and a parachute glider club, so you see those occasionally. A little airplane noise, mostly small planes, but not often. Peaceful AF. Very dispersed while we were there. Weekends in warmer weather may be less dispersed, but still, nothing like the crowds in the parks. Lots of paths to walk. Dirt road getting in is pretty good, a little washboarding, but very passable. (If not flooded)

Not a bad little place to camp. If you have ability to boondock. It is very clean out here. There are places to stop without having to have a vehicle to make rough roads. B And if you have a vehicle that can make it past a few bigger bumps then you can go deeper into the desert. Distance to a Dollar general and a Fry's grocery store are pretty decent and access to the interstate is pretty easy

Flat area, enough room to find your spot. It just rained last nite, good roads boondocks like prior reviews. Bring water. Would camp here again. And it's free. Clean area. No permit required.
