Bed/pillows were comfortable. Bought quesadilla from bar. Excellent. Extra sour cream please. Please allow guests coming from cruise port for a day room to occupy room immediately if earlier than 10am, if room is available without a $35 early charge! This would make you a 10/10.

I was really looking forward to my stay at this hotel, as I had heard great things about the Pullman brand. Unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory.||The check-in process was smooth, and the hotel’s general areas are very attractive, especially with the beautiful lake view. However, the issues began once we got to our room.||When it came time to shower, we discovered that the bathroom was clogged. The bathtub took about 45 minutes to drain, which was extremely inconvenient since there were four of us sharing the room. After the first person showered, my mum attempted to take a bath once the water finally drained, but the tap came off. First of all wow! Exceptional service from Darryl at the front desk! Our flight got in early and he made us very comfortable as we waited for a room to become available, we would have waited hours if it wasn’t for his help and his patience with us! Thank You! We were also able to grab breakfast while we waited and it was so good! We had to go back for more!

We enjoyed our long layover stay here. Hotel is clean with stylish and relaxing atmosphere . Food and drink options are good, the only feedbacks we have is the shower head was not working properly in our room. Very low water pressure, but our friends in the other room had no issue.

I stayed at Pullman Miami Airport and had a wonderful experience. The hotel is in an excellent location, just minutes from the airport, and the shuttle service is very convenient. The staff is friendly and always helpful, making you feel welcome. The room was perfect—spacious, clean, and with a beautiful view. Breakfast was included, and the buffet offered a great variety to choose from. There’s also an on-site restaurant for dinner. The lobby is large and comfortable, and the pool area is very relaxing. Highly recommended!
