Positive: Location Negative: The furniture is dated, worn, and dirty. The couch was stained so the hotel put a cover which looked nasty and smelled. Also the room smelled musty.

Very good service from Jaime and the entire staff. From the moment we arrived, the attention was excellent, professional, and very friendly. Everyone made us feel welcome and comfortable at all times. The atmosphere was pleasant, well organized, and created a great experience overall. Jaime was especially attentive, helpful, and always willing to assist with any request, which made a big difference. The team worked efficiently and with a positive attitude, showing real care for the customers. Overall, the service and environment were outstanding, and we truly enjoyed our visit.

Nice layout, all the amenities of a condo. Ate at restaurant one of the nights and service was not very good. There were 4 of us and 1 other table in restaurant.Took a long time to get drinks and even then one was forgotten.Food was good, but again service very slow and server forgot to order one of the meals. By the time my friend received her steak, we were all done with our meals. Pool area is beautiful, bit too cold when we were there.

Frustrating Experience – Not a 4-Star Hotel! I stayed at this hotel with my family (including two kids), and it was nothing like what you’d expect from a 4-star property. Honestly, it felt more like a 2-star experience. Here’s why: Smoking Smell in the Room: We were allocated a room that, as soon as we entered, reeked of cigarette smoke. This was supposed to be a non-smoking room, but the stench was overwhelming. After calling the front desk, they confirmed that all rooms were non-smoking, so we decided to wait it out. However, the smell didn’t go away, and my wife and I both noticed it. When we called again, a staff member came to verify and confirmed that there was indeed a cigarette smell. Only then did they offer us a new room. This was a huge inconvenience and added unnecessary stre

I booked this hotel because it was close to the airport and, honestly, because I thought the previous bad reviews might be exaggerated. Spoiler: they weren’t. If anything, they were generous. From the moment we walked in, the place felt like it had been frozen in time… and not in a charming “retro” way. More like “someone forgot this building existed since 1997.” The room looked tired, smelled worse, and gave off the general vibe of a set from a low-budget horror movie. Also, we were welcomed by a lovely surprise puddle on the floor. The fridge was leaking water, so when we entered the room there was a big pool like we’d just walked into an indoor splash zone.
