Great Location, But Needs Improvement in Cleanliness and Comfort We stayed at this Airbnb in Coconut Grove, and while the location is excellent, there are several aspects that could be improved to make the experience more enjoyable. The bathroom was the biggest issue, as it wasn’t in the best condition cleanliness-wise. We noticed some hair and mosquitoes, and the ceiling had cobwebs, which made us think that maintenance isn’t as frequent as it should be. We ended up doing a quick cleaning ourselves to feel more comfortable. The bedroom was quite spacious, which was a definite plus. However, the bed wasn’t the most comfortable—any movement made it creak loudly, the mattress didn’t provide great support, and the pillows were quite firm for our liking.
