Private Oasis at Arya

Have stayed at Arya Oasis several times a year since 2020, and appreciate the consistency of the room experience and the included covered parking. Recent experience was a step up - the kitchen was well appointed, and a nice surprise of bottled water and a welcome gift in the fridge. The television sported a full set of cable channels (not the bare basics which we've sometimes had, or worse - a Roku with a fixed set of apps), and we had extra towels and blankets. I also appreciated receiving a text after checking in, which gave me comfort that I could reach out if a problem developed.

I absolutely love this place. The people are so nice and attentive. Their rooms are clean, the common areas too. The poolside attendance are friendly and very helpful. I can't wait to come back next year. The location to the bay is perfect for watching fireworks.

Perfect location, the toom was clean and offered a beautiful view of the bay. Stay was not long enough to provide a fair review, but I didn't have any complaints. The pool deck restaurant is not open as of yet

Stayed at room 1604#1. We would NOT reccomend this condo or even hotel. Out dated. Room had 1 chair that was beat up looking. Balcony slide door does not lock and has a piece of tarp fabric separating the balcony next to it. TV has ROKU- spent so much time trying to get this working and nothing current avail- forget changing channel- back to square one entering passwords, etc. Bed is uncomfortable felt my partners every change of position in this King sized bed. Horrible pillows- lumpy. Cheap decor. Bathroom fixtures outdated and faucets shoot water out not much control. Terrible! Found out when we arrived- no bar at pool side and rooftop bar, spa tub/pool under construction! Pool area needs updating looks great kin pics but not so in real life! We paid more for extra fees/cleaning than

I was greeted so warmly by Natalie, we arrived early and she gave us suggestions on how to find parking, great food and let us relax poolside until our host was ready. She was so helpful with pleasant throughout our stay. The suite was immaculate, the pool and spa were relaxing. We always found beach lounges and the view overlooking the marina was beautiful. I will definitely be back and want to invest in owning a property in the lovely area. I usually stay in Coral Gables but this neighborhood shops, eateries and beautiful marina and parks won me over!
