There's no reservation website, so you have to call and book. Norma (owner) was very kind on the phone. When we arrived to check in, they only accept cash or check, which was not disclosed previously. The manager drove us to our full hook up site. It was a bit unlevel, but plenty of blocks around to help. We were across from a cute little play area. I'm not aware of any nearby bathrooms, which is fine as we had one on board. My favorite part of this campground is the little swimming pond. It was sectioned off for safety, had a nice shallow area safe for kids to play. Do be aware that the floaties at the pond are not for public use, even though they aren't labeled as privately owned. Long termers were NOT happy about this. Pride Valley Campground is a lovely, family owned campground. The setting is quiet, but not too far from town. Activities available include swimming, fishing, and trails to explore. Fourth of July is a Great time to visit.
Great park, it is a bit off road, but it’s quiet. Facilities are nice. Highly recommended Sunday-Thursday nights. Lots of weekenders come in on Friday-Saturday, noisy until quite late at night. A lot of cigarette smoke, not the campgrounds fault, but unpleasant. Good Verizon coverage at our spot. Nice people in the office.
Had an Amazing time..Father's Day With Our Family. Swimming , Fishing Everybody had a Great Time..Food Fun and Lots of Laughs..
Just finishing my camping time here. Five nights for 3 adults and 7 kids. We had 3 spots because the rules are only 4 people per tent even though they are children. First problem was that we had no picnic tables. I called and they said they could get me one. I told them that I needed two at least. They said they couldn't do it and the boy that brought the first table was rude when we asked for another. They did eventually bring another table. The bathroom was nice with real plumbing compared to a cement hole that I'm used to, but one toilet wouldn't flush. We ran out of toilet paper like every day. She did come to clean it every morning, but usually still left the paper towels and toilet paper un refilled. The people camping behind us had too much to drink and got sick all over the bathro
