Priceline booking (v)

I highly praise the Priceline team. Their fast customer service through the phone number made a difference in securing my discounted Hotel and Airline tickets. It’s comforting to know this support is available near me.

I booked a hotel reservation through priceline.com. The hotel reservation did not go through. I ended up paying $41 extra that night to book the same hotel room. Contacted priceline next day for a refund or credit to my account. They use booking.com for refunds. I was told I would have a refund in 30 days. Refund did not come. Called back and they said they issued a credit to my account to use on my next stay. Just tried booking another trip and the credit is not in my account/wallet. 45 days later and hours spent on the phone and no refund or credit. Priceline blames booking.com and booking.com blames priceline.com. Not worth the headache. Just use a site not affiliated with priceline.com or booking.com. You will never receive money back. Unacceptable.
