Presidential Sands

My stay at Presidential Sands in Lido Key was genuinely wonderful, and what set it apart was the level of care and thought put into preparing the space. This wasn’t a place that felt like you were simply borrowing someone else’s home to sleep in; it was clearly prepped for someone to live comfortably during their stay. The kitchen was thoughtfully stocked with prep tools and a solid selection of spices, making it easy to actually cook instead of eating out for every meal. Small but meaningful details like deodorant wipes were provided, which made a big difference after beach days. Beach amenities were also ready to go; chairs, an umbrella, and even pool toys were available, so nothing felt like an afterthought or an extra expense. As soon as I stepped onto Lido Key, I felt like it was going to be an amazing weekend. I’ve stayed in so many Airbnbs around the country, and this place had everything I needed. I even cooked a whole meal for dinner in the kitchen—all the pots and pans, plus basic cooking essentials like oils and spices. The backyard was definitely a vibe at night; I could hang out there all night! Kayaking was available, but the weather didn’t cooperate unfortunately. The beach is just a block away, and one of the most beautiful sunsets I’ve ever seen honestly. I would highly recommend this listing. It was cozy! It’s more than just a place to stay; it’s a vibe!

The house fit our need perfectly. It looked just like the pictures. The location to the beach and Armand Circle was perfect. The property manager went above and beyond to help us!
