Worst experience ever! Had my children with me and the afternoon an altercation happen with 2 other Customers. We called the office to let them know and they said they can hear it, but did nothing. Then situation seemed to take more of a dangerous turn. Again I have small children and there is a storm outside. I called the office and asked them to call the cops. Amy/Jaime said ok. Still did nothing. So we decided to leave for safety reason even though another storm is coming. The Premier didn't make anything better at all. They didn't call the police or tell us that they kicked the man causing issues to leave the property. Very unprofessional and rude. In fact the lady at the front desked laughed at the fact we have small children and we felt in danged. No comfort was made or anything

Positive: The location was only good thing...right off the 101. Negative: The room had a very bad body odor upon entry, the carpet was loose and damp. The shower was older and needs upgrade. The pillows were very hard, there were only 2 electric outlets in the entire room. The common areas seemed unsafe.

The pool and hot tub are redeeming qualities. Ice machine was off... room was really gross. Someone's hair was all over the place. No fridge or microwave. Thankfully laundry room had a microwave. Light above the sink was broken. We got a smoking room and it smelled so bad I had to burn some incense. No breakfast or even like a tea station?? The staff offered coins for laundry one night and once I got cash they denied me getting coins? I had to go so far to get coins lol the machine said 39 mins but actually took over an hour and a half. It's a safe neighborhood and it's walking distance to a really nice market. They have good burritos and they provided the coins.

The rooms are clean, beds were comfortable. There is some cosmetics that make it look rough, stain on carpet, but overall descent rooms. Quiet, safe, good price. Has pool and hot tub. Staff was friendly. Right off the freeway, near shopping and restaurants. Small refrigerator in room, microwave in common area. Good location, best Mexican food in same parking lot at Mercado Guatemala, 10/10 Mexican food.

When booking, make sure you book the "upgraded" room. These are the ones recently remodeled and its worth the extra. They are cleaner, have laminate floors, have better beds and tvs that arent blue. The standard rooms are dated, some have carpet(yuck), and some of the tvs are gaused (magnet on the old tube type tvs). Overall, for what I paid, it was good. Clean pool and hot tub, clean and very cheap laundry (get your own quarters). Definitely would stay again, in the upgraded rooms!
