Customer Reviews
Great little RV camp. Cash only. Pay close attention to the water spigot instructions at the pay kiosk. I spoke to the owners via phone and she was great to talk to and accommodating. We would stay here again.
Well manicured park, small sites, on the north east side of Highway 56 in Elkhart. Brand new car wash, it is a part of the facility, attached and it is excellent. The park has full hookups at $20 per night, including tax. The entrance is behind the car wash. The proximity is directly on Highway 56 and also across from the train tracks. No restrooms or other amenties. There are noises at night, but the park was quite pleasant. At $20 it’s a deal and we’d stay again anytime.
This RV park is tucked into the southwest corner of Kansas just outside Elkhart a little over a mile from the Oklahoma border. It in not a full-fledged RV park owing to the lack of shower/laundry facilities but it is full hookup with nicely laid out water-sewer-electric. Check in is self service and cash only but the current rates ($30 couple at this writing) are great. The park is immaculately maintained, sites are level pea-gravel. I had to ask the manager how to operate the fresh water faucet at our site. See pics. Never seen this type before and the secret is that you hook up your hose then step on the top of the faucet. When you depress the top button water flows. To keep the flow on you slide a pin on the side of the faucet over and that will hold it open.
We were traveling through heading to Arizona. Found this nice little RV park right off Hwy 56. The park is a smaller one, but very well maintained. Sites are pull through with full hookups. Pros: Level sites. Very reasonable rates. Quiet area. Cons: Didn’t find anything that was bad. Would definitely recommend staying here, I would stay here again if I am back in the area.
Nice stop on our way through KS. Affordable, no frills but very well kept park. Level pull through spaces. Quiet, back off the road We enjoyed watching the planes land and take off from the airport runway in the field behind the park. Would stay again!
