The most shocking experience that ever happened to me, I drove from Michigan to Florida and in the end the room I booked was not the room I got, instead I got an old, dirty room, the whole living room with stains, the sheets were dirty, the walls were dirty, many places had mold and the smell of mold was the worst thing there is. I didn't get any response from the owner and instead of giving me my money back he chose to ignore me. I had to look for another place to stay and pay again for a whole week, don't go near this place, it's life-threatening with all the mold in this place! Total neglect and disrespect for customers!!!! We loved our stay here. The unit was lovely and we really appreciated the kids room / pool / lounge area, especially when we got in early from our cruise. We were walking distance to a lovely beach and a super fun pirate park for the kids. The only thing that could have made it better would have been if management would have allowed us to enter the unit early. We arrived at 11 am and let them know we arrived and to let us know if we could enter when the room was ready as we have a 1 year old and 3 year old with autism who needed naps. We sat out by the pool and watched our unit, it had been cleaned and was ready, but the door code would not allow it to be unlocked until 3 pm exactly. We booked this place to stay for 7 nights. We arrived after dark to these apartments and had to park behind in a dark alley with very little lighting. The unit was bug infested, there were bugs everywhere, even in the beds. We messaged the management and they sent pest control to spray while we were in the apartment. The refrigerator was leaking and had a huge puddle of water on the top shelf, they said they would send someone to fix and they never did. We let them know that we still had bugs 4 days after they sprayed and they said they would send someone back the next day but they didn’t, they came 2 days later with no heads up, while I was in the shower. I had a wonderful stay here. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed. The staff was friendly and always ready to assist with any questions or requests. The location is fantastic—just a short walk to the beach and close to all the main attractions. The atmosphere was lively but not overwhelming, making it a great place to unwind after a day at the beach. I highly recommend this spot to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay near the beach!
