The room is beautiful, and everything is updated and new. A rooftop balcony to hang out on with confy chairs, a pool that you can swim in late, prime location to walk straight out to the beach... it's all really great! And staff is super friendly and helpful. Will stay here again!

Website photos and hotel info are far from reality. The office was not open when I tried to check in, so I received a text with room number and code to get into room. The bathroom door was locked from the inside, I had to open it with a paperclip. The pool was empty (closed) which one of the reasons we booked this hotel was because of the pool. So we were very disappointed. The bathroom only had a half roll of toilet paper, no shampoo or soap in room. Not to mention giant roach on floor by the bed. I asked what the manager/owner would do, he said he would not charge us the $20 per day parking fee. Wait, see attached photo, website says free parking. Despite some of the reviews I had read, I decided to give this place a chance—and I was pleasantly surprised. It has improved a lot since then. I stayed in a studio room that has been remodeled and includes a kitchen with basic utensils, which is perfect for a family stay. The location is excellent, just a few meters from the sea. Customer service was impeccable—always kind and attentive, which is truly appreciated. They made me feel at home. I congratulate the team and encourage them to keep up the great work. Highly recommended!

Absolutely disgusting and disappointing 🚨 This was one of the worst hotel stays I’ve ever had. The room was filthy — dust everywhere, torn furniture, and closets that were completely unusable. The bathroom door was broken, there were suspicious stains on the towels, and no hair dryer provided. There was even a lime on the closet that was no cleaned. To top it off, there was absolutely no service whatsoever. No one available to help, no housekeeping, nothing. I felt uncomfortable the entire time. This place should not be in operation. Stay far away.

The hotel is very well located. The units are well kept and clean, with all the basic things you can possibly need, fridge, micro, coffee maker, dinning utensils, etc. The management is very polite and customer friendly experience. Is a solid good spot 😀.
