Portland Inn & Suites

Lovely staff. Doing the right things for the sake of freedom. Experts in cleanliness being next to godliness. Housing those in need, at affordable rates. Even during the holidays. Only bad issues. Are carpet stains in hallways. Those are from guests. I suggest that a grant is provided to re-place and repair any small problems this hotel has. Not to mention, Brewster's bar is attached! Great food! Not just good.

We are here now and getting ready to check out, we have stayed at this place multiple times under different names/owners and we will not be back!!!!! No coffee machine in room and no coffee available downstairs at the time I went down there to ask about coffee! No attendant available after multiple tries! Lobby has dirt/mud on the floors since we have been here. The breakfast has about seven pieces of bread, waffles and very little cereal, I’m not even sure if I saw milk for the cereal. Our bath tub won’t drain so we took showers in standing water. Nasty!!!

Positive: Nice clean rooms. Overall hotel was good. Negative: Indoor pool was not operating. That was one reason I booked the hotel for my kids. 2 days in a row, no milk for cereal, so that was a waste of a bowl and cereal, why not put a note on it.

My experience at the Portland Inn & Suites was completely unacceptable from the moment I arrived. The building is extremely old, and as soon as you walk inside, you are hit with the strong smell of mold and stale, damp air. It’s clear the property has major cleanliness and maintenance problems.||Inside my room, I found body fluids on the bed shams, which is a major health and sanitation concern. On top of that, the entire hotel appears to be infested with stink bugs. They were on my bed, on the walls, on the curtains, around the headboard, and crawling around the entire room. When I stepped into the hallway, they were all over the doors of the rooms across from me and beside me.||It wasn’t limited to the rooms — the staircase was covered with these bugs as well, which made it clear the inf

I have tocsay our stay was excellent and will be back. Room was clean. Comfortable. Loved we had a couch. There was breakfast and a restaurant attached. We were close to the interstate and entertainment near by. We went and saw Crystal Gale at the Mint gaming hall . Nothing bad . Pricing wonderful
