Pop Century 60's Section

Pop Century is wonderfully clean, modern and comfortable. The rooms are beautifully appointed, the bathrooms are thoughtfully spacious with clever storage built in. It might feel a little cramped if you're a family of 4 or more, but for one adult and one child it feels luxurious. The pools are great, there's always room to lounge even when it's high season (it seems). There are activities for the kids by the pool every day weather permitting, which is so fun. Never thought we'd be 'Disney people' but the comfort of hotels like Pop Century honestly keeps us coming back.

Had a great room, very close to the parking lot and very very close to food court and pool. Room was adequate for 2vadults, had one bed folded up so we had room for a table. If 2nd bed was down then no table available. Had sliding door to close off bath area and a separate door to close off toilet/shower area. A single sink in bath. A little tight in the bath, sink area. Would be tight with 3 or 4 persons in the room. But much better room design than 10 years to ago. Very clean and no damage to furniture.

Disney World Review If you have small children and want to create fun family memories, then Disney World is NOT for you. We went during the “slow season” because of small children and my broken knee in which I had to use an electric mobility chair. We were so excited and counted on the slow season to be able to enjoy some time together. I squirreled away my nuts to be able to give my children a week at Disney World to be able to explore and enjoy. This was our first family vacation. Since we are from across the country we choose to stay at a Disney resort to stay in the “Disney bubble.” I was not trying to blow my budget on the room since we were planning on spending most of our days in the parks, so I opted for a value resort and we booked a preferred room at Pop Century after reading

A pond booking room online asked for room not on fist. floor and that is what they gave us. Ask for a later check out time online and in person never was noted on account. Than went in person again...spoke to Ashley. She said "the check out time was not on the account. She has to see if we could get a later check out time. Ashley walked away,went to the back[10 minutes],than said"we could get a later check out ." I thanked Ashley . I made sure to go in person and check out. Seem like the account was never on a correct path. The staff serving food in pasta area. Watch you walk over to order food. Soon as you get to the area they walk away looking you in the face. The others in the area do other work as if you are not there.. I stood there over 15 minutes watch him come get one napkin at

Great Disney hotel on the Skyline gondola route. It’s a “value” Disney resort so you can expect a clean place with moderate theming but crowded dining and buses. The pool theme is weak but the jumbo figures in each area and the covers on the stairwells are really nice. I took a photo from within one of the giant yo-yos stair well from the 60’s themed building.
