Do not book at this campground. We reserved a camp site, literally 5 minutes later needed to cancel. The reservation was literally only made for 5 minutes. I called up to the office and at first, they would only refund me half the cost. Then they offered to refund me everything minus $15 + credit card processing fees. This is insanity to me. We had the reservation for literally 5 minutes. When I talked to the office they hung up on me and I had to call back a second time. Honestly, they shouldn't be running this business - they do not understand customer service. The attitudes of the office staff were terrible. Don't even bother with campground. Our family camps every single weekend during the summer and I've never, ever had this type of experience with any other campground. A
