Ponderosa Lodge

Excellent gateway place for large group of people. Nicely built an organized 10 rooms with 10 attached bathrooms. Easily fits up to 30 people here. They have professional kitchen equipment and dining areas for 30 people. All the kitchen appliances and Utensils are in great shape and accessible. The bonfire place is great to use. The lodge is located next to New River Gorge National Park in West Virginia where you can find yourself in the natural surroundings of wilderness beauty. The owner is friendly and knowledgeable about the area. Love their services and happy to come back again.

I can't say enough about this beautiful lodge. It is better than the pictures. The great room is amazing for meeting as a group, and the fact each bedroom (10!) has their own full bathroom is incredible! The kitchen is really big and has everything you'd need. We loved watching the sunset every night, playing yard games and enjoying the peace and stillness. We really hope to be back some day!!

We absolutely loved staying at the Ponderosa Lodge! We have a group of about 30 guys that get together once a year and it is typically hard to find accommodations that allow all of us at one place, but the Lodge was perfect! Each room had its own separate bathroom that was very nice. HUGE front porch that we sat and played games on for a majority of our time there. Lastly, the hosts were nothing short of amazing. Again, we had 30 guys staying at one place so we were loud, up late and enjoying ourselves. Not once was this an issue with the owners. They were respectful of our space and privacy. Thanks again for allowing us to stay and enjoy your beautiful home!!

We rented this lodge for a family reunion, and it was very good! Each room has an attached bathroom, the kitchen was plenty big to fix food for as many rooms as the place had, and the dining room had sufficient space for everyone to eat in the same room. The owners were very kind and the views were incredible.

The family that runs the lodge are incredibly respectful and nice The lodge itself is also beautiful i would recommend 10/10 times
