Ponderosa Campgrounds

Wonderful RV Park ~ plenty of room to easily get into site. Full hook-up, easy to level our 32 Ft RV. Quiet, with nice clean laundry facilities. Owner is pleasant and helpful. Enjoyed our stay and we will come back.

If you are traveling through Georgia, we highly recommend a stay at Perry Ponderosa RV Park. In October of 2024, we had to evacuate Florida during Hurricane Milton with our cats. Once on the road, we contacted every RV campground north of Valdosta, Georgia for a place to stay, but everyone was already full. We felt defeated having nowhere to go until we called Perry Ponderosa RV Park. We explained our situation to Randy and although they were completely full, he made room for us to stay as long as we needed with full hookups. The park was immaculate, including the restroom, shower and laundry facilities. The WIFI was great and we were able to work from our site. Perfect pit stop, friendly staff, family owned campground, far enough away from I75, but still close. Great rates.

This place is a great location close to I-75. The owners are awesome and go over and beyond to help someone out and been working here since he was 16 WOW. It’s kept up and clean bath house and laundry facility my dog loves it here also!

Large big rig friendly site. We paid $45/ night ( cash) for full hook up. The owner was friendly, but you can't book more than 10 days in advance. You have to hope that once you gave your name and number, your site was secured.
