Poland Spring Resort

Stayed in 2 rooms this past weekend with my family. Everything was very satisfactory and all hotel staff I encountered was friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. Mattress was great, room was well heated and clean. Shower water pressure and temperature was superb. Staff suggested I tour the entire resort and I was impressed at how well manicured this true American gem is. Loved the complimentary breakfast and can't wait to book another stay here. We didn’t stay here but explored the grounds. It was lovely and offered some great trails to hike. We went in November and it was beautiful to see the moss covered trails and leaves everywhere. It would be a really nice place to explore in the warmer months too, especially when all the facilities are open.

What a hidden gem! The property is huge! And absolutely stunning views! They have a bottling museum, mini golf, disc golf, restaurants, and an incredible golf course on site. The breakfast buffet had the sweetest teenagers (or young people) working it. Everyone really seemed to enjoy working there which speaks volumes to me. Every single person we interacted with was so kind and really seemed to care about us and our experience! They have a small game room and kids play area and a massive library. The halls are like a labyrinth in the best way, the kids had a blast trying to “find” the secret rooms (everything was well laid out and we had a map) our room was HUGE and clean. It’s super convenient to Maine wildlife center, auburn, and Lewiston as well. 10/10 a great experience! Really can’t

My husband and I got married at the Poland Spring resort earlier this year. We are both from Maine but currently live 900+ miles away. It was important for us to get married back home in a place that captured the beauty of our home state and the amazing people that live here. The Poland Spring Resort was the PERFECT wedding venue. There were plenty of rooms to accommodate our guests (we had around 150, many from out of state) with different types of lodging. We had many families rent out the larger cabins and it was great we were all so close but had privacy to retreat to and unwind at the end of the day. View is Beautiful. The rooms are clean and comfortable and the staff is outstanding. The annual Heritage Day was in full swing and was a great day of vendors, games , car show and a dedication to Maines State Dog, the Seppala Siberian Sled dog. Such a fun day. The staff went above and beyond to make our weekend one to cherish. It was a perfect weekend. We have been going to this beautiful place for 14 years and it just get better every time. We can even call alot of the staff our friends.
