Decided to take an overnight trip with my girlfriend, brother and sister in law. The room was absolutely amazing, super clean and the most comfy hotel beds I’ve ever slept on. The service was amazing, and the burger joint was very tasty and reasonably priced ($12 for a fairly large BLT and fries). The games were very fun, and had good bonus/payouts. I ended up leaving up a bit, but even if I had left down it still would have been an amazing trip. I absolutely plan on visiting again.
Did not stay in a room yet but I look forward to it… I was fortunate to meet the vice president off the casino. His name is Jerry…He wrote down how my needs could be met better and said he would speak to the manager… the casino is clean and the customer service is excellent… there are plenty of games to choose from…sometimes I win and sometimes I lose but I always have a great time which keeps me going once or twice a month…
Had a great time. Rooms are fresh. My only complaint would be that there's no coffee maker or desk clocks in the room but the front desk gives you $5.00 vouchers for perfect pour to get coffee or a sweet. Staff was very friendly and everything was so festive and well decorated. Would recommend.
Went in for dinner and drinks. With friends appetizers,food and cocktails, all were great came out quickly. Server was attentive and did remedy a small issue quickly and without hesitation. Afterwards over to the bar to just relax some played slots and table games. We all had a great time very relaxed atmosphere.
Everything had gravy on it, which was not stated anywhere in the menu. This may not be an issue for some, but it made the food inedible for me. The service was extremely slow. We were seated for over an hour before anything arrived. Our food came out before our appetizer. We did not receive bread at our table while everyone else did. After eating, it took another hour for the hostess to acknowledge us and give us our check. No drinks were refilled and nobody came by to see how everything was .
