Been coming here for about 8 years. A couple of time per year. Quiet, clean, cozy. Beautiful slot on the Penobscot river. Barb always with a warm friendly smile too
We had six people the first night and seven the second night. There are four double bunks. This place sleeps 8 w/two people to a bed. We had plenty of room for our needs. Camp owners gave us access to a second rest room w/shower. It was clean and well maintained! Very friendly folks and we plan to make this a favorite place to visit in the future. Thank you for being so accommodating after our breakdown and unable to haul our camper. We loved the cabin!!!
I have been coming here for 5 years. Cozy cabins, nice fishing spots just walk down to the river and start catching fish. Barb is a wonderful lady and always a pleasure to interact with.
Scenic campground on the Penobscot River. There's a good spot for fishing, small playground area for kids and a fire pits at each campsite. There are full hookup campsites, tent sites & 2 very nice cabins. each comes with a picnic table. It is SO peaceful here. There is a small store / restaurant at the entrance with great food and a few general items!

Restaurant, prices are fair but I feel Barb, the owner took advantage of me, and told her. I ordered a menu item for breakfast $8.99. Then asked if she had any sausage gravy to put in it. She would you like some gravy on it, I said yes please. Sausage gravy if you have it, no problem she said. Then she asked if I wanted a biscuit with that and I said sure. Good meal. I had that $8.99 a pop for $1.00, and a lunch item $5.99. I was charged 23.41. When I asked about it later that day. It seems the gravy was not free, and the sausage was also seperate. So she added $5.99 for another meal of biscuits and sausage gravy. We discussed this and I told her doing that I feel I was
