Poco Loco Lodge

Booked and was told key would be under mat. No response. No phone call returned. Had to book elsewhere and was not able cook the dinner I brought on a night where all restaurants were closed. Been staying here, booking multiple rooms at a time for over a decade. Usually during the week too when they could use the business. Place has really gone to shit which is sad. But didn't mind the lack of maintenance as I got decent service and clean enough room. But completely failing to leave a key or return calls is a non starter. So disappointed.

I was truly amazed staying at Poco Loco Lodge. We had a fun time. I expected the room to be bigger but it was fine. A "few" complaints (not really)||||First I want to say about the wifi. Their wifi is great but the inter walls and metal bricks/buildings were around the lodge so you had to go to the La Casita for free wifi.||||Another thing that I thought was cool, was free snacks in a room!! We had gone to a nearby store before going to the lodge and they had free snacks.||||We stayed in Room 1 and it was pretty large. Now, we hadn't stayed in another room unless our entire family was going so I don't know about the other rooms but Room 1 was pretty big.||||I would want to stay here again. This was a fun trip for the whole family and would love to come back here. Thank you so much Poco Loc

Wonderful lodge in POC. This was my first time staying here while celebrating the 4th of July with family and friends. Central location. The management is so friendly and professional. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Will definitely stay here again.

Staying at Poco Loco Lodge tonight for the first time. It is a diamond in the rough! The staff/owners, I assume, are super friendly. Rooms were especially clean. Bathroom and shower were clean, nice hot water. Nice shower with good water pressure. AC works great and the room was cool when we arrived even though we didn’t have a reservation. We’ve stayed at other places in town and Poco Loco is far more cozy and clean. Complimentary snacks and drinks in the mini fridge. Kuerig and pods in the room as well. And cable tv. Highly recommend. Will be staying here again.

My wife and I decided to get away for a couple of days. She loves nature and I love fishing. We were looking for a place that wasn't so far from home in Houston and stumbled upon the Poco loco Lodge in Port O'Connor Texas. This is a cute, kitchy, amazing little spice. While staying here, I felt like I was a guest in the owner's home. The rooms were bright and beautiful especially if you like bright colors, the decor was something I'd never seen before, and can't wait to see again. Each room has a little kitchenette, they stock the fridge with complimentary beverages and the kitchen has complimentary snacks. They had everything I needed to make my fishing trip more successful, a big old ice machine, a vacuum sealer if I needed it, And even a little guide book with great places to fish. The
