Pocahontas Riverside Campground

We stayed here for one night. Arrived late and left early. Campground was easy to navigate, clean and perfect for a pass through. There is traffic noise but if you’re tired enough it won’t matter. Us and our two kids slept fine. Recommend if needed for a night passing through!

This is a well maintained park located on the Black River. Electric and water hookup with dump station. Concrete pad campsites are an added bonus. H The only drawback is the highway noise or I would've given 5 stars.

We were desperate for a site after being told a reservation elsewhere in the city was not held. We stayed here just for the night. It was very loud engine braking right off the adjacent road. Has water and electric at site and a dump station. For a quick passthrough overnight, yes. For a getaway-no. Didn't need a reservation -just show up.

It's ok, there's no shower facilities and the bathroom stool had overflowed.

Always clean.
