Plymouth Bay Inn & Suites

Absolutely terrible experience waited 20min at check in 6pm for them to make sure room was clean and working properly apparently they didnt because I was switched in the middle of the night with my sleeping child due to the heat stuck on 81° i got to experience 2 rooms both Absolutely filthy. No cooking or eating utensils for a room with kitchenette(they expect you to travel with all this(Words from Manager). Pool was closed for maintenance. 2 reasons I booked this place was to save money on cooking and my child to swim neither we could do.

I booked a last minute trip on Labor Day weekend. I arrived at the hotel and for the price, wasn’t expecting too much. What I got was a clean room and excellent service. After I checked in, I had an issue with my keys. I returned to the front desk where the concierge Andy promptly fixed my issue and accompanied me to my room to make sure I got in. My room was clean with comfy beds. The next day I was running late checking out and reached out to Andy to see about a late checkout. He just smiled, said no problem and refused to charge me. I would absolutely stay there again! Thanks Andy

Great stay. It very conveniently located right off the highway. The rooms are clean and staff were friendly.

Beautiful property loved staying here for the weekend we will most definitely be coming back!
