Service is an issue here. At this price point I would expect more or even just average customer service. Served a $20 burger with no condiments. No big deal, but no mayo on table and no one came by to check if everything was good, so I sat for 10 mins before I could track someone down for condiments. By that time none of my food was warm. Staff seem unhappy to be there and overwhelmed. Most staff were not friendly what so ever. Maybe they are staffing short for more profit? They don’t have high chairs apparently. We asked someone and they said they don’t know where they are, asked another and they just said we don’t have them. Just strange interactions with staff every time we come here. Unfortunate

Outstanding meal on deck at Plumas Pines overlooking Lake Almanor. Our waitress Faith recommended the house special Salmon with olive tapenade and it was so tasty I could have licked the plate. Followed up with the strawberry cake that was creamy deliciousness and light. The Rufino Proseco was the perfect pairing. Reservation recommended for quick service. Service excellent.

Rented the Lonesome Pine Cabin for just a night . It was set up really nice, clean and super affordable. Checking out the next day at the store, the staff was very pleasant. Highly recommend!

The restaurant accommodated 46 of my relatives with months of notice and a reduced menu. They did an excellent job. We stopped at the bar a few times, and the bartenders were engaging and efficient. The cabin that we had was OK. We paid the price for the location. The grocery store is handy.

The food was amazing, and the view was even better! I wouldn't pass stopping by here for a quick lunch for anything. The waiters were so nice, and our food was quickly given to our table. I would say that depending on the day, a reservation would be needed. Often, they are full due to their popularity. However, it was still enjoyable. I'd recommend it to anyone wanting a lovely view and great food!
