It is what you'd expect from a hotel of this age and price point in this location. Mostly short- or long-term housing for oil field workers, so most people are "living" here, rather than passing through. Consequently, they treat the place like their home. Sitting out on the walkway drinking and smoking at night. I switched rooms 3 times, and all 3 times, the room next to me (if not both rooms) had doors wide open and people inside hanging out, drinking, and staring at me when I walked past like I didn't belong. All that said, the room was reasonably clean, the bed linens were much nicer than anticipated, and it was sufficient for a few hours of sleep on a road trip. Probably the nicest of the budget motels in the city.

What u don’t see coming is the parking lot in the back.. as long as u talk to the front desk for permission you can skateboard with permission in the large back parking lot. The rises back around there. There’s dumpsters on site to ur convenience of unloading truck trash to throwing basic trash to keep the place clean and hygienic. U can ask for things like trash bags or empty boxes for organizing supplies for moving purposes as well. There’s two elevators one out door with mirrors and one indoor with mirrors. Just because it’s rooms doors show to outdoors doesn’t make it a bad place to be… I’ve seen worse at a Hampton and at two Wyndham properties or I’d be there fo

I booked a King Non-Smoking room. Room was very large and spacious and included a small refrigerator and microwave. The bed was very comfortable with plenty of pillows. The free wifi in the room was great and had no issues staying connected. They have breakfast every morning - sometimes there are hot options such as bacon, sausage, eggs. There are also waffles you can make for yourself. There are also the usual continental style breakfast. The breakfast was good The staff is always very friendly and helpful with any questions or need for assistance. The cost of the room was very affordable and good value. In a great area - with 2 coffee establishments next door and across the street. Felt very safe in this area.

Room was very spacious with great ammenities. With a microwave and refrigerator in the room. There is also a pool if you need to cool off in the heat of the day. Breakfast was included with cost of the room that had scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage. You could make your own waffles. There was fresh fruit, cereal and pastries. I have stayed there several times in the last year and the lady at check in recognized me. Very good experience. The location is close to where I need to be, Starbucks straight across the street and Dutch Brothers coffee right next door. As a single traveler I feel safe staying there. Good experience fot the money.
