This is an excellent place to stay. From day one, Brad, the manager, was informative, helpful, and made sure I felt safe, especially since I mentioned I’d be staying alone for a few months. The RV park has great free Wi-Fi that allowed my TV to stream without any problems. It’s quiet, peaceful, and very well kept. I stayed for three months with zero issues. The laundry room is brand new and has plenty of washers and dryers. Whenever I had a question or needed something, I could call the office and someone was always available to assist. I highly recommend this RV park.
Great park that is secluded in a quiet neighborhood close to where we needed to go. All the utilities worked great and our site was level and plenty long for our RV setup. The staff were amazing and great to talk to as well and all the buildings on site are well maintained and clean. Wish we could have stayed longer!
Moved from West Texas to here for 2 months. The park is super clean and quiet and the pond is a great area to walk around and just enjoy the outdoors. Brad made every part of my stay easy and when it was time to leave there was no headaches. Definitely recommend to someone who wants to be close to Dallas but still have a quiet area to be in.
They were really nice and willing to help you if needing help. Their walking trails were really nice and my dog "Mocha" loved it. Their laundry room was nice and clean. Neighbors really nice too. Really nice and quiet place to stay at.
Overall, it’s an okay city rv park. Mostly long term guests, so lots of junk stored at every site. It’s not right off the highway, so it’s pretty quiet. That’s about the only positive. We stopped by here a few days before our stay to ask questions and view the sites. They have a ton of overflow parking spots on site. We asked about parking our car hauler trailer there before booking and were told that’s what those spots were there for. We drive a large 43’ Class A motorhome and pull our Land Rover on a trailer, so finding a parking spot for our trailer is always a priority. That’s why we came a few days before booking to iron out those types of details. Long story short, we booked our stay for two weeks. On the second week, we received a threatening notice that our trailer will be towed
