Plantation Park Home of the Happy Camper

We loved our stay at this RV park in Cherokee Village, Arkansas! It’s such a peaceful and relaxing spot the perfect getaway from the big city. The park is surrounded by beautiful tall pine trees that make it feel so calm and tucked away in nature. I especially enjoyed watching all the birds and butterflies in the beautiful butterfly habitat garden that the owner has created. The park is conveniently located near plenty of restaurants and just a short drive to the charming town of Hardy, where we had a great time exploring the cute shops. It’s also close to the community centers, where there are games, a swimming pool, and lots of activities if you’re feeling social. Overall, our stay here made our trip a breeze. Large spaces and level gravel surface. Full service WSE at each site. They don’t have picnic tables yet and the owner, Jim was very accommodating and supplied us with one of his tables. Jim is the perfect host and gave us all the information we needed to explore the area. There are two amazing golf courses in Cherokee Village. There is an Elks Club across the street that was very convenient for food and drinks and very friendly. You can go there as a guest of the RV Park.

Very convenient for our large pull through camper. This is a new campground so currently there are no bathrooms or showers . However, full hookups work great for campers with bathrooms. I’m looking forward for the updates coming and my husband and I will definitely stay there again. The owner was very helpful and on site for any questions or needs!

This is a great new RV park. Full hook ups. Very level pads. About half the pads are pull through. The owner is very friendly and helpful. He came and checked on us several times to make sure everything was okay.

Owner and Host, Jim, has created a really nice RV park. Very quiet, room for larger rigs with all the hookups you need. Also, there is a really nice walking trail close by. If you are in the area and need a place to stay you won’t be disappointed.
