PJ's White River Lodge & River Run Restaurant

Went for dinner tonight for our 40th Anniversary, which I mentioned at reservation. I thought maybe we would be offered a piece of cake, no. Anyway, the food was exceptional. My husband had prime rib, best ever. I had crab stuffed salmon, it was top notch. The service was great and attentive. 1st time I’d ever had a Sangria, so yummy.

Our third visit to PJs and the food was top notch (as usual). I mentioned on the reservation that it was our 50th wedding anniversary but not a word of congratulations. We were seated by the door to the deck while plenty of other seats available. The server, who was very nice, kept calling us "sweety". I'd expect that at Mel's diner but not PJs.

Thank you PJ's White River Lodge and River Run Restaurant for giving us an amazing experience on our 7 year anniversary! The room is cozy and right by the river. The food is delicious!!!! I savoured every bite and was wanting more! The owners and staff are friendly and welcoming. Such an amazing experience and we can't wait to come back.

My wife and I were there for 6 days. Very beautiful setting. Relaxing and quiet. The owners are very attentive to every detail. The food is top notch - white linen tables with great steaks, salmon, quail, and chicken. Nice bar with a great bartender (Jimmy and Charlie both!). The river is wide and full of trout. We boated about 10 miles and had a great day. The Blanchard Springs Caverns nearby were beyond spectacular. Excellent tour guides. All in all a 10+ experience. The guests we talked to on the wide deck facing the river expressed the same level of appreciation. The rooms are clean, cozy, and air-conditioned.

Hidden away in Norfork. We went for our anniversary. Hubby had Tomahawk steak and I had salmon stuffed with crab. Excellent! A bit expensive but perfect for special occasions.
