Perfect everything. Had the whole place to myself and the elk that wandered through my site. The whole campground has been cleaned recently from a recent windstorm. There was still some limb debris laying around from the clean up but it makes great firewood. Met one of the Forrest service rangers there and he was super nice. Bathroom huts were clean and well taken care of. Just a great experience overall.

This is one of the best campgrounds we’ve been to in a long time. The grounds are well maintained and the rest rooms are very, very clean - all thanks to the diligence and hard work of camp hosts Lee and Annette, who are the nicest of folks. We hope you are the camp hosts the next time we’re here!

Great little campground. The camp hosts, Lee and Annette were helpful and kept the campsites and restrooms very clean. I would go there again.

Pinon campground at quemado lake is a beautiful place. Our space overlooked the lake so we could see ospreys fishing and in the afternoon, the lake sparkled. At night we could hear the elk bugging back and forth. An incredible experience.

Just sort of try and find the flattish less rock spot where.others have put down. There must have been a terrible wind storm earlier this spring. Every tree has branches torn off and it is all been piled in the drives of most all of the camp sites. A forest service guy with a tiny trailer has been zooming back and forth picking some up here and there. There is a big trailer but they aren't using it. Toilets are clean but the tp is less than useless it is so thin. Poor buildings are in poor shape. Quiet place and price is 15 or 7.50. Water. No room for big rigs unless you are in the full hook up area. Mostly car camping and some tra
