Pittsburgh Airport Inn & Suites

They are to offer shuttle service that is why we booked through this hotel. Since it changed hands, we will NEVER stay here again! We had to pay for a shuttle to go to the airport and was not expecting that. On the way back to the hotel, the shuttle passed us by twice we waited over an hour. Horrible service. We had to call an Uber. We will stay at another hotel the keeps their promises. Don't stay there if your taking a shuttle.

First, the good— we were greeted as Hilton Honors members, which is nice, (but not a big deal), since we spend a lot of nights at Hilton hotels. The common areas seem to be fairly well kept and in order. The king room that we had was small, but clean.||The not so good— the bathroom in our king room smelled like urine. Our guess is that the floor was not cleaned prior to our arrival (not a good first impression). The television in our room was not usable. There was no live TV and no cable TV… extremely disappointing! Apparently, the only thing you can do is stream apps, and although the Wi-Fi worked in the room, it did not seem to work on the TV. The hotel is easy to reach thanks to the airport shuttle bus. The front desk service is polite and friendly. The room is clean, the double bed is large, and an American breakfast is provided.

Booked through park sleep fly. It was advertised totally different. I showed up and the sign was like plastic, the ceiling of the carport was falling a part, and the Hampton inn logo had been removed from the front. Got to my room, and all of the rooms had PAPER signs with the room numbers, taped on the wall. My door was shaky and I questioned if I could open it without a key. I felt very uneasy about the stay. It’s like they just squatted in an old hotel, and made it their own, but don’t really have any business being there? I tried to reach out to park sleep fly, and received no response. Don’t stay here. It’s just off.

A Pittsburgh resident, I was unable to drive home due to a snowstorm and bad roads. We slowly drove from the airport to this nearby hotel. It was a welcome port in a literal storm. I appreciated that they didn’t raise their rates in response to sudden demand like many other hotels in the area.
