Resort part of Colorado River Adventures RV Resorts. Guests provide their own food bedding toiletries cabins have tableware glassware eating/cooking utensils coffee pots vary 1/8. Mile walk to beach watch surfers & whales check out the Rock & Roll diner 1/2 mile walk from the resort

The place doesnt rent spaces for RVS eventhough the location from google tells us that they do when i arrived and i tried to go and pay i was told to leave eventhough i had the space and it was suitable for rvs. Be careful call before.

This is in the bathroom of room 302. Doesn't look like a $400 a night kind of hotel. Here's some advice fix water damage immediately get hardware that doesn't rust.
