Pipestone Family Campground

Hello, Pipestone family! We miss you guys so much. We appreciate your amazing hospitality, fellowship, love and support, and welcoming arms towards a couple of backpackers, on a faith walk across the country! If we could giving you, your family and Campgrounds a 10 star rating we absolutely would. 10/10 would recommend! Praying blessings over you all!

We really enjoyed our stay here!! We have a 35' camper and was easy to pull through. The sites were nice, except rigs are set up to face each other in full hook ups which would be amazing if you knew the people next to you. You also have a shared firepit which was very uncomfortable so we went the three days without a fire. Our 3 girls were highly disappointed in no nightly smores. The sites themselves are nice and fairly level as well as close to pool, BB court, swings, etc. |The bathrooms are clean, nice and showers were roomy. However, we went to shower 4 different times and there was no hot water. We were told you must turn on hot first and let the hot water run before turning on cold. Each time we were there we let run between 5-10 minutes with getting no hot water. |The pool water wa

We had a great time camping here! It was quiet, everyone was very friendly, and its location makes getting to lots of great hiking places (state parks, Pipestone Monument, etc.) convenient, and the town center is an easy walk. Not all the reservable sites are super secluded, but folks are respectful of their neighbors, so we didn't have any issues. The campground Wi-Fi was great, which is not always the case 👌Highly recommend!

The owners and staff are very polite and accommodating a very nice clean. Well kept family oriented. Campground will definitely go back.

Terrible place. It's not rural at all. Exploration is non existent and any service was (if any at all) was horrific. Bathrooms are shared so if you're a lady be ready to pee beside a guy or multiple. Keep driving past to the next. You'll thank me later.
