Pipestem Event Center & Hotel Pipestem

Magnolia cabin was very nice; newly remodeled, tastefully decorated, and spotless. Our stay was very pleasant. We also toured the new boutique hotel from the same owner, which recently opened. Can't wait to book a stay in this colorful, artistic space. During our visit, we enjoyed the spa next to the event center. My husband and I had the king and queen treatment, and it did not disappoint! Anna offered amazing spa services (body wrap, facial, massage) plus cocktails, pizza, and pumpkin cheesecake. We left feeling relaxed and pampered. Highly recommend!

Went to Pipestem to swim for a day trip near us.. The locker rooms and all areas were nice and clean.. Only thing was the womens locker room sauna did not work while learning the men's sauna was, was disappointing.. The gaming area was a nice surprise, for a little something extra to do, and the fact they were operating on quarters instead of game cards was the best!! On the way up to the office we noticed a ton of vendors and people there along the sides of the road doing archery.. Very neat place to visit even if only for the views..

The spa was okay. A little slim on ambience. Nothing like any spa visits I have had elsewhere. No robes, no lounges, no cucumber water. When you go in and wait on your appt, you are accosted by the manicurist talking so loudly from behind a wall. She never quit gabbing the whole time a waited for my appt. The woman who did my massage was very good. They add a mandatory 20% gratuity to the bill which to me defeats calling it a gratuity. It becomes a fee. The price of the massage was much higher than I am used to paying at much nicer spas/resorts. Oh well. I probably won't be back.

This place was great on every level. We spent two nights here while visiting Pipestem State Park. The cabin was in a perfect location to go back and forth to all the fun activities at the park which is literally acoss the road. The entire cabin was very clean with a well stocked kitchen and an amazing front porch with comfy rockers for morning coffee and fresh air anytime. The bathrooms were clean and it was nice to have a washer/dryer even though I wasn't planning on using one. But when the guys got back from fishing in the rain and their clothes were soaking wet the dryer came in very handy. The check-in process is super easy and the option to get an early check-in or late check-out for a small fee is a nice option that we were glad we utilized on our trip. I would highly recomme

This was an amazing weekend getaway after the holiday hustle. Our room at the new hotel was large and clean with a comfortable bed. We had the couples hot stone massage and it was wonderful I highly recommend. The staff was helpful and friendly everything you want in a spa weekend.
