Pinnacle at Flaming Gorge

We've been staying here for 5 years now. However we don't appreciate the price is going up significantly when the rooms have not improved. All of the beds in the showers and most of the rooms are very very old including the refrigerators. There haven't been any noticeable upgrades and I don't understand why the prices keep going up with nothing improving in the rooms. The price point has been fined the last few years and now it's $100 more for our stay. I understand that this place is going to be going under a renovation but in the meantime it's okay to upgrade a couple things in these very old rooms

We had a really pleasant stay at the Pinnacle. The host is laid back, generous, and helpful. He went above and beyond for us. We really liked meeting his animals that hang around the property. The kitchen had very basic supplies. We would have liked to have paper towels, sharper knives, and measuring tools provided. There were some issues with cleanliness (stained towels, a few dirty dishes, and hair in the shower). The location was great. We were able to get to the Lucerne swim beach in under 15 minutes. To get to hiking trails, the bridge, other swim beaches, scenic overlooks, etc. we had to drive 37-67 minutes. The air-conditioner and water heater worked great! The bed was comfortable, but it is full size, not queen. I would stay here again.

Klaus and his wife were fantastic hosts! One of the rooms we had booked wasn’t quite going to be ready but they got us a different room and took great care of us! The rooms are more like suite with a separate bedroom and living room and bath, with a great swamp cooler and heaters in each of the rooms

I can't express how great our stay was here . I highly recommend you check this place if you're in Manila looking for a nice cozy cheaper place for your time in town . To begin the two hosts Clouse and Petra (probably slaughtered spelling sorry) are such great caring people . As soon as you arrive they make sure you get are settled and everything is nice in the room and if there's any more than can do etc. They have a couple dogs that roam the place that are very friendly and nice dogs . If you have a dog This it the place ! Our dog made such great friends with theirs she was happy running around chasing And playing all weekend . Those two are very accommodating hosts! Great place to stay! Rooms are very cozy with all the amenities of home (fridge, stove, oven, microwave, BBQ, TV, heat and AC) everything you need so you don’t have to eat out. The location is beautiful with plenty of parking, mature shade trees and lots of room. However the best part of this place is the service. Klaus and Petra were a real delight to deal with. They went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed and were comfortable. I can’t wait to stay here again. Highly recommend this place. Thank you Klaus and Petra!!!!
