Piney Woods Lake Campground

We needed a stop that was on our route from St Marys GA to Cleveland GA and this campground popped up. We called to make a reservation and the owner called os back quickly and said he could accommodate us. He was very helpful and met us when we pulled in. This is a no frills campground but have water and power at the pedestal. It is right on a pond and he stated most of his clientele were hunters.this is way off the beaten path but was on our route up 441 to N GA. Highly recommend.

Such charming little place, right in the heart of Georgia; the people are so welcoming and the sweetest, true southern hospitality. Our stay was perfect! Definitely recommend if you are in need of a place to stay for the night or to staying for awhile!

Beautiful, quiet, spacious, great price. 30amp and 50amp with full hookups. Owner is incredibly nice. I'll definitely come again.

Such a pretty spot! From the moment we pulled in to the campground until our departure we felt nothing but welcomed!! Charles ( the multigenerational owner) greeted us in his golf cart, let us pick our own site which would accommodate us best -We travel by motorcycle & trailer so we need a nice level spot- The washroom & shower house were conveniently located & very clean. Everything & anything we needed he was there to help us out with..He even checked in with us before lights out to be sure we were doing ok! What campground owner does that? Amazing spot, pretty spot, clean spot & the best customer service we have encountered ( been on the road for 37 days so far!)

The Swinsons have always had good sites at very reasonable prices. Mr Charles Swinson was very helpful when I stayed there last week for 2 nights. Highly recommend this country RV campground!
