Pine Lake RV Park

Pros - [ ] Location- it is quiet and not far from Panama City - [ ] Monthly Rent is reasonable- you are charged a $150 electric deposit and you are charged for electricity. Single adult, running 1 AC at 77 degrees and my monthly charge was $119 - [ ] Many spacious pull-thrus- see Cons Cons - [ ] Not all pull -thrus have shade * - [ ] Water pressure- If you have an on demand hot water system, be warned. The owners set the park psi to 40. My on demand could not detect water unless I turned on another faucet. I had better pressure using my clean water tank. - [ ] Roads are in very poor condition with large potholes and very narrow; especially if someone is not parked completely off the road - [ ] The bathhouse is very dated and showers are small - [ ] Trees encroaching on your site that don

This is just my own thoughts and opinions on how beautiful camping is here at Pine Lake RV Park in Fountain, Florida, after arriving in my 5th wheel RV unexpectedly due to displacement by Hurricane Milton. Pine Lake is backcountry camping at its finest !! Family-friendly !! Upon arrival I had the opportunity to meet a really nice guy named Al working the registration desk who offered a most friendly welcome. Maria (who appears to be the owner) stopped by at my site shortly after getting the RV situated asking if there were any needs. Impressive !! A few days later at the office a dear lady with the most pleasant sounding talking voice named Mary effectively took care of my extended stay. TERRIFIC !! I will return to Pine Lake RV Park again under more normal circumstances for a weekend geta

We visit this park every year on the way to and from South Florida. They have paved roads, walking trails, and two fishing ponds. Last Summer, a couple of four-legged visitors came to visit us too! We think this park is prettier than the description and also better than the surrounding parks. For those who want to get in touch with nature in a quiet safe environment, we highly recommend it. Very nice well kept rv park. I have family in the area and will definitely return here everytime I visit!

Nice and quiet place to stay. Level parking spots and most are pull through. Drive to the beach by day and relax at night. I met the owners and they are great people. Staff does their best to accommodate any request. NOT a party camp and that's fine with me. I would highly recommend this campground for short or long-term stay.
