Pine Lake RV Campground

We came into town to visit my husbands father who is in a rehabilitation center 30 mins outside of the park. There are nearly no rv parks in that close of proximity. They were the closest with the next being 45mins to an hour away. I called extremely last min hoping they had availability. The woman who answered was so warm and kind and very accommodating. She truly went out of her way to help us secure a spot. We were unaware of the home game that weekend so we were very thankful they even had availability. We have stayed at a lot of parks including bigger resorts & have never seen bath houses so clean. Would highly recommend this park for anyone coming through the area looking for somewhere to stay. Very nice and well maintained park. Extremely nice & helpful staff.

We only stayed one night off season, but I couldn’t help but fall in love with this campground. All wooded with ponds and a great path for walking your dogs. The staff is friendly and bathrooms clean. We stayed at a RV site but the cabins are cute.

My husband and I stayed two nights in the Explorer Cabin at Pine Lake RV campground during a Georgia home football weekend, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The cabin was very well built, with plenty of space for two people. It is a dry cabin with no restroom or shower, but the staff was very transparent about that from the time of booking. The cabin is also just a short walk from the office, where they have bathrooms and showers, which were as nice as any campground bathrooms we have experienced. The staff were very friendly and hospitable, and all of this together made for a 5-star experience that we'd highly recommend.

We stayed here on a stop over to visit family in Hiawassee. The location is perfect 20 minutes to everything. Antique malls , cotton fields antebellum homes. Everything wonderful about Georgia ! The sites are well spread out a little, secluded with trees in between depending on what area you’re staying in beautiful lakes, wonderful walking trails and extremely quiet. We will definitely go back. Make sure u swing into thr Golden Panty down the road for fresh biscuits u won’t be disappointed

We are leaving! Pine Lake RV park in Bishop, GA saved us in January. It is a very very nice campground. The owners are so nice and helpful. The pads are level. It’s only 25 minutes from downtown Athens! Lots of things to do too!! If you ever need a place it is A+!
