Pine Grove Lodge and Cabins

My husband and I had a wonderful 2 night getaway for our 16th anniversary with our "headquarters" being the Moose Cabin at Pine Grove Lodge. The cabin was clean, comfy and private. We enjoyed just relaxing, cooking on the grill, and hanging out watching movies on our computer. We took a trip to Pierce Pond & Pierce Pond Stream which was not too far away and is one of my favorite lakes from my younger years. Andrea cooked us a lovely breakfast on our final morning and was a great hostess. Both Bob and Andrea were super friendly & helpful. It would be great to stay there again sometime!

The rustic charm of the inside of the cabin is sort of what we were expecting upon arrival. Unfortunately, we were not anticipating the double booking of the cabin and someone else waiting in the driveway when we were just trying to go back to the camp saying they booked it as well. We attempted to call and no one answered. Left a message with no response unfortunately. Luckily the other people were very kind and understood they arrived after us and they knew we were up celebrating our anniversary, so they left to find other accommodations. The beds were very comfortable, unfortunately I did not see mouse droppings until after I slept in the bed. Hopefully their house cleaner will see it. Again, location was quaint and close to town but wished we were able to speak to anyone about the issu

What a beautiful cabin. My girlfriend and I enjoyed our stay, the place was very tidy and neat as well. The local area was very nice as well, adding to our stay.

My son and I stayed in the two bedroom cabin in June and had a great time! Bob took us on a fishing trip, as well as, a wildlife tour. My son had a blast catching fish and got to see two moose on an evening wildlife tour which was all he wanted from the vacation....so he was one happy camper! Bob was a great guide!||||The beds were comfortable and the cabin had everything we needed! Would definitely stay here again.

Bob, Andrea, and Wyatt were the perfect hosts! My brother and his fiancé, my daughter and I went up to Maine to see a real moose. We picked this place right off the internet and it was perfect. The cabin was clean and had everything we needed and we slept very comfortably. The moose hunt was so much fun and Bob explained the history of the area, the various types of animals that were in these woods, and provided hours of fun stories for us. The next day breakfast at the main lodge was terrific. What wonderful and hospitable people! And the best part was a moose jumped right out in front of us on a logging trail and we filmed the whole adventure. Andrea provided us directions to various antique stores and other attractions the next day and off we went with great memories! I can't recomme
