Pine Crest Motel & Cabins

I stayed with friends on a ski trip here this past weekend. It was a great place, very clean and 25-30min to Jay Peak! I was in one of the cabins and 3 others in a motel room. The beds seemed really firm, but got a great night's sleep so.....I guess not an issue. I didn't book, so can't speak on that experience, but I would definitely stay here again.

Stu was outstanding from the moment we booked the room until we left. He not only accommodated our request for an extra wipe of the room, as my son has an allergy to dogs - he didn't book dogs in the space for the month + prior to our arrival. We stayed in motel room 6, and it was perfect for our family of 4. The 2 twin beds allowed each of the kids to sleep well, without interference and allowed us to prepare breakfast and dinners to save money. Would not hesitate for a moment to book again! Thank you so very much for your hospitality.

We had a great stay at the Pine Crest Motel & Cabins. Upon arrival, the mini split wasn't kicking on and Stu, the owner, came right over to get it up and running. We stayed in Bear Cave Cove cabin and it was spacious for us. There was a full bed in a room along with a twin bed in the living area with a pull out underneath. It was nice having the fridge, microwave and coffee maker. This was the perfect start with visiting family in Barton, VT for Thanksgiving. Would definitely start again. Thanks Stu for clearing off snow from our car with your blower. You made the start very pleasant.

My Fiancé and I take a trip to ski in VT every year for the past few years and our stay this past trip at the Pine Crest Motel was by far the best stay we have had. The room was incredibly cozy, the bed was so comfortable, and the amenities were very accommodating for our trip. The Pine Crest Motel is in a perfect location in central Vermont to be within an hour or less of the some of the best destination ski areas in VT. Our Hosts were incredibly welcoming, attentive, and very nice to talk to. I would recommend the Pine Crest Motel and Cabins to anyone looking to experience the very best of what beautiful Vermont has to offer with such kind and generous hosts dedicated to making your stay as comfortable and accommodating as possible. I will be returning again!

We stayed in the cabin, called the Grouse House at the Pinecrest Motel and cabins. It was so cute! There’s a nice front porch with chairs to relax and it’s very near the pool if you’re there at the right time of the year. It had two double beds in separate bedrooms and a small living area with a couch and TV. A microwave and sink were there too. It may have had something to cook on, but we didn’t use that so I’m not sure. The beds were comfortable. The towels were clean and absorbent, and there was plenty of hot water in the shower. I would recommend anyone coming to the Barton area to stay here.
