Pine Creek Campground

Pine Creek campground is wonderful, the views are spectacular. Only about half of the sites have sewer, the sites are nicely spaced. Our main complaint was that the sites are not level, not even close. We used all our leveling blocks and adjusted our jacks to the max but we never did get level. Other than that, it’s a great park.

Nice campground. Clean and well-maintained. There are many trees that keep the campsite cool (it could be cold at night even in July—bring enough blankets) and private. There is a picnic table, grill, and fire ring. The tent pad was bug enough to fit 2 4-to-6-people tents side by side. Make sure to read the campsite details carefully since each of them will have different tent pad sizes. Overall, this is my favorite campground and I will definitely come back. Download musics and books before hand since you will NOT have phone signal (at&t) here.

We went late in the season and were happy to find all of the amenities were still available. The sites were very clean and well laid out. They have a shower that was a blessing. Would highly recommend giving this site a try. Not too far from town if you needed supplies.The cell coverage was not great with AT&T which was great.

This is a very nice state park campground. Mahogany campground has all hookups, even sewer which is nice but rare in state parks. Note that it is tight in mahogany and many sites are not level across the site. So I would not recommend Mahogany for larger rigs. The lower loop is better for big rigs. There is also an upper loop without services for tent and small boondocking. Lots of trees and shade. Wasatch mountain State Park has lots to do. Hiking, golf, atv, archery

We camped mid-May with our travel trailer. The campground is nice, but nothing amazing... fairly close to town with only decent views. It's a tradeoff, I guess. However, access to mountain biking and hiking trails is AMAZING to either the west or the east. Many miles of the WOW trail and the Dutch Hollow trail system. Climb a little and the views become pretty amazing. Nice, clean bathrooms and showers. Many secluded, pull-thru and tent sites. Friendly staff and camp hosts.
