Pincherry Grove

This is a great family run resort. Comfortable cabins, great shallow sandy beach, extensive playground, and play/game room in the lodge for rainy days. Fish cleaning house, laundry machines, free use of paddle board, kayaks, and paddle boat kept our entire family busy all week. We have been here many times since 1999. We haven't found another resort that has as much to offer as Pincherry Grove. Our entire family loves it here!! ♥️

If you rent a cabin here, don't rent #9 unless they have updated it like they have all the other cabins. It smelled terrible, the couch in the living room looks like it might have been picked up off the curb during spring cleanup week and the whole cabin was old and run down. Also, the small pontoon the owner rented us, broke down in the middle of the lake. My husband and stepson had to be towed back to shore. This after we had trouble with it several times prior to the breakdown. The picnic table on the deck of cabin 9 was rotting and the paint was chipping so badly, I had to wrap the top of it and tack place mats to the benches so we could sit on it and avoid getting splinters. My family has rented 2 to 3 cabins annually, for the last 3 years. We love going to Pincherry. We typically bring our own boats, but have rented a pontoon once. The owners are kind. The resort is clean. It is family-friendly. Great spot to relax, fish, drink coffee & play cards.

I have stayed at Pincherry Resort lots of times with my family and extended family. We love the sandy beach and sand volleyball. I have stayed in cabins 1, 2, 4, 7 and 9. They are all great options. Our kids enjoy the playground and the lodge. Pincherry is a great place to stay!

I have been going to Pincherry Grove for over 25 years. It is one of the highlights of the year for our family. Carol and Leroy are very nice people and run a clean, well manicured establishment. If you're looking for a place to sit on a sandy beach, get a little fishing in and have a good relaxed week, this is the place. Grand Rapids is only about 20 minutes away with plenty of things to do on rainy days. Highly reccomend.
