Pierz Campground

All were friendly and respectful. Lots of groups camping together. Town is just down the road, so super convenient if you forgot something.

Actually went here to check out the new 9 at the Golf course. Being open for the first year it's actually in pretty good shape. Not a bad track, greens were in great shape. Will play again!

Attention to weekend campers. We are not one to leave reviews but feel others need to be aware, If you are looking for a quiet, relaxing place, this is not the campground for you. Pros: online website makes it easy to see campsites, book, pay, and check in. Campsites are spacious, and some sites have bushes to make for shade and privacy. Golf corse attached to the campground. Cons: Campground rules are lightly enforced. With loud music / bass at all times of the day, making it hard to have a conversation with the person sitting next to you. When speaking with campground staff / owner, they make it seem like you don't matter and only care about revenue. If you decide to leave early due to being unsatisfied, they will not refund you. This is a hidden gem. Nice, smaller campground. Has a decent sized swimming area, bar & grill is a bit of a walk but not bad. Good playground. Plus the golf course etc has great play areas. Lots of families. Was a bit wet when we were there and sites are mostly grass. A few seasonal sites. We bought a load of wood and it was plenty for 2 nights

A bit pricey for not having full hook ups if you’re using a travel trailer; bathrooms/showers are kinda dank; signage definitely needs to be better to distinguish golf entrance vs campsite entrance—kind of a big deal when you’re pulling a big rig; staff is indifferent at best. The cherry on top is the no refund policy, should you need to check out early.
