Philadelphia Airport Marriott

Great location — especially if you’re flying in or out of Philadelphia International Airport. The direct access to the terminal makes it incredibly convenient and stress-free for early morning departures or late arrivals. The service was excellent throughout our stay. The staff were polite, welcoming, and attentive. The overall ambiance of the hotel is warm and professional, and the rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. Parking does take a few minutes to get familiar with since it’s structured around the airport layout, but once you understand the flow, it’s very manageable and convenient. Overall, a very pleasant stay. Would definitely recommend for both business and quick travel stays.

We chose this hotel for the convenience of being able to drop off a rental car and being able to walk across the road to the hotel. In addition, this hotel is connected to Terminal B - so we were able to take the skywalk on the 2nd floor over to the airport. This hotel is very clean and although it hasn’t been modernized into looking sleek, the bed was comfortable, and the room was clean. :). Anna at the front desk was amazing and very helpful and courteous. :)

Would recommend to look elsewhere. Not worth it for the price you’ll be paying. The shuttle service does not run after 12.30am. when you’re exhausted and booked an airport hotel, you want it to be convenient, not a 10 min walk from the airport in the middle of the night. I had stains on my pillows and the pillows were lumpy and old and uncomfortable. There were stains on the small couch and dead ants in the coffee machine. The bathroom smelt like a public toilet. Overall, such a disappointment given that it’s supposed to be a Marriott hotel. Better off booking somewhere nicer that offers a shuttle service overnight.

Very nice airport hotel. The only reason I did not give it 5 stars is because the higher floors do have a smell of jet fuel. The hotel overall is a nice airport hotel. They do have a small lounge with limited options for status members but at least it’s a one thing. The staff is extremely friendly all around and excellent customer service! Bryon at the front is great!

Overall I thought the room was good and the staff was really nice. There were several issues that I would point out. The parking is slightly confusing and we ended up paying more than what we were supposed to with the validation situation. Two out of four elevators did not work causing major backups trying to go up and down. In addition there is just a small coffee shop which was fine but very limited on food early in the morning so be prepared for that.
